Escaped cat found using teamwork and special search gear from the lost cat finder.

This lost kitty (named Nubs for his short nub tail) was an indoor only cat who escaped the apartment of Blair and Joshua in Georgia. The two had been searching using the typical bad advice with no luck until they came across the Lost Cat Finder tips video and ebook.
Once they realized their mistakes, they contacted me for help and asked to borrow a few key items from my lost cat finder gear collection.
Here is their original note askign for Lost Cat Finder help:
"We purchased the eBook and have watched the video this morning. Unfortunately, we already made a few of the mistakes the book had told us not to make, such as using litter to try and attract our cat back home as well as leaving food out. We are now following the methods from the book, but beyond that....if possible, would we be able to rent some equipment or obtain some advice about our particular situation?
We really appreciate all of the insight Kim has given in her resources, and are doing our best to keep hope alive and continue the search.

They came to get a wildlife trail camera along with another key item I told them some things to look out for such as other cats hanging around their hallway and door near their apartment and what to do if they saw this happening.
We made up a plan of where to put up lsot cat posters and how to distribute flyers and talk to people about their missing cat during covid so they could optimize their chances of being able to search private areas and patios.
cats lostin apartment complexes are always challenging because there is so much activity and cars moving around, dogs, noise, dumpsters emptied, etc it makes it a scary place for a cat.
Their apartment backed up to a lot of woods and deep ravine where they found a strom drain tunnnel exit and some paw prints.
We had no way of knowing if the kitty paw prints were Nubs so they wanted to rent my Stealth trail camera for a week. They already had a trap, which they had set with no luck expcept for brining in a few unwanted critters. This is why I always caution peopel NOT to set out traps until they have at least a CLUE what area their cat is in.
Since they had no sightings, I made a poster map plan for them, then added gold stars for where to set up the camera each night.
